I am incredibly lucky to have been able to do some traveling and experience some of the most amazing places and cultures as well as meet some of the most amazing people in the world.  

This is an opportunity that not everyone has.

I grew up with a friend who was stricken with a virus leaving him paralyzed from the neck down when he was 14 years old. And although I cannot even begin to fathom the truly incomprehensible challenges he, and others in his situation experience every single day of their lives, his strength and resilience has certainly opened my eyes to how fortunate I have been in my lifetime.  I am hoping to do what little I can to help other families affected by paralysis by donating to a cause and a foundation I feel very strongly about.

The Travis Roy Foundation raises money for families affected by spinal cord injuries.  Their Quality of Life Grants help pay for adaptive equipment.  The foundation also helps to fund research for possible treatments and cures.

For every photo print purchase made on this site, 10% of the proceeds are donated to the Travis Roy Foundation.

So if you buy a canvas or two, you are not just funding my next vacation.  You are helping the families of those afflicted by spinal cord injuries.  And of course also helping to fund my next vacation.
